Accessing Workday
Overview: Workday is Baptist Health’s system for managing HR, finance, and supply chain information.
Prerequisite: You must be enrolled in multi-factor authentication (MFA) using Microsoft Authenticator before accessing Workday. For instructions on configuring Microsoft Authenticator, see the MFA Setup page.
1. Open a web browser and go to https://wd12.myworkday.com/baptistfirst/login.htmld
2. Enter your Baptist Health credentials using the following format:
username@baptistfirst.org (where username is your login), then click Next.
3. Enter your password, then click Next.
4. If you manage other team members, open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone, enter the 6-digit security code into the Workday login page, then click Submit.
5. If you DO NOT manage other team members, you will be prompted to enter a 2-digit code into your Microsoft Authenticator app.
Tip: You may have to manually open the Microsoft Authenticator app and swipe down to refresh the content in the app.
6. After successfully logging in and passing multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will arrive at the Workday home page.
6. Important: When you’re done, log out of Workday to protect your information.

Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner.

Click Sign Out.
