Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication

Overview: Microsoft Authenticator helps keep your Baptist Health account secure by confirming it’s really you when you log in.

Use the following instructions to set up Microsoft Authenticator for multi-factor authentication (MFA).

1. On your smartphone, download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

Note: If you already have the Microsoft Authenticator app,  you may skip this step.

Caution: Be sure to select the app published by "Microsoft Corporation".
