Accessing Outlook Webmail
Overview: Outlook Webmail allows you to access your Baptist Health email and calendar from any computer using only a web browser.

Prerequisite: You must be enrolled in multi-factor authentication (MFA) using Microsoft Authenticator before you can access Outlook Webmail. For instructions on setting up Microsoft Authenticator, see the MFA Setup guide.

1. Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.office.com/baptistfirst.org
​
2. Log in with your Baptist Health credentials in this format:
username@baptistfirst.org (where username = your login), then click Next.

3. Enter your password, then click Next.
​



4. ​You will be prompted to enter a 2-digit code into your Microsoft Authenticator app.
​Tip: You may need to manually open the Authenticator app and swipe down to refresh and generate the current code.

5. After passing MFA successfully, you will be granted access to Outlook Webmail.

Note: Microsoft continuously updates Outlook Webmail, so your view may look slightly different than below.

6. Important: Log out when you’re done to prevent unauthorized access.

Click your name (upper-right corner of OWA screen).

Click Sign out.
