Accessing Office 365 Online
Overview: Office 365 Online lets you access Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and more from any computer with just a web browser.

Prerequisite: You must be enrolled in multi-factor authentication (MFA) using Microsoft Authenticator before you can access Office 365. For instructions on setting up Microsoft Authenticator, see the MFA Setup guide.

1. Open a web browser and go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=baptistfirst.org
​
2. Enter your Baptist Health credentials using the following format:
username@baptistfirst.org (where username is your login), then click Next.

3. Enter your password and click Next.
​



4. You will be prompted to enter a 2-digit code into your Microsoft Authenticator app.​

TIP: You may need to manually open Microsoft Authenticator and swipe down to refresh the app and generate the current code

5. After successfully passing MFA, you will be granted access to Office 365 Online.

NOTE: Microsoft continuously updates Office 365 Online, so your view may look different than below.

6. Important: Log out when you’re done to protect your account.

​Click your name (upper-right or lower-left corner of the page, depending on your view.

Click Sign out.
